Lauren McElrath
I am Lauren McElrath. From a young age, I've always had a strong inclination to make things look 'pretty'. I wanted to accentuate and highlight the beauty in everyday life and capture the image to appreciate for a lifetime. These days, I find myself doing that through the use of cinematography, editing, writing, graphic design, and painting.
Lauren McElrath is a 21-year-old multi-hyphenate creator. She is a writer, artist, graphic designer, editor, cinematographer, and director as well. She is currently working on her first documentary, After Life, which dives into the re-entry process for previously criminalized individuals and examines who's ultimately entitled to the right of redemption.
